AD: Aurea Launches Its Hospitality Furniture Collection at Tamara Haus
After five years of working within reception and dining spaces, Aurea now expands into a collection that includes bedrooms, lobbies, outdoor areas, expanded reception, and a limited-edition suite.
From May 11th to 13th, Tamara Haus, Cairo’s design, lifestyle, and cultural destination, hosted 'Your Room Is Ready', officially launching Aurea’s new hospitality furniture vertical.
Known over the last five years for its reception and dining furniture, Aurea is now expanding into a complete hospitality collection designed around the spaces people rest, slow down, and return to most. The launch introduces a full architecture of interiors including lobby and concierge spaces, bedrooms, outdoor settings, reception areas, and a limited-edition suite.
The collection unfolds through a series of spaces. 'Salotto' introduces the standard bedroom, while 'Piano Nobile' presents the executive suite. 'Giardino' extends the experience outdoors, and 'Tesoro', the limited-edition room, introduces an exclusive collaboration with designer Aliaa El Esseily built using exotic materials and available only through this launch.

At Tamara Haus, Aurea stages the presentation as a functioning hotel rather than a traditional furniture showcase. Visitors enter through a lobby space, receive a keychain to keep, and move through fully styled rooms as if arriving at a hospitality destination for the first time. Bedrooms, the concierge, outdoor areas, and reception settings are designed as complete environments to experience, not mere displays.
The approach reflects Aurea’s wider design philosophy. Furniture to them is not treated as decoration alone, but as part of the atmosphere of a room. Materials are selected for how they age over time, while proportions are considered for comfort and feeling before appearance. The result is a more subtle form of luxury hospitality.

Aurea is rooted in Egyptian production and Italian design heritage. The brand is art-directed by Maurizio Manzoni and produced in Egypt to Italian craftsmanship standards within a manufacturing facility with a fifty-year history.
More than a collection launch, 'Your Room Is Ready' opens a conversation around the emotional experience of interiors and the role design plays in shaping how people rest and live.
