Luxury automotive company Mercedes-Benz is making a move into Dubai’s real estate market with Mercedes-Benz Places, its first ever residential tower, which is being built in partnership with Emirati developer Binghatti.

Towering approximately 340 metres, the inaugural 65-storey residential tower will be established in close proximity to the Dubai Mall, the Museum of the Future and the tallest building in history, Burj Khalifa.

“We’re profoundly excited to be working alongside Mercedes-Benz to develop the first Mercedes-Benz branded luxury residence in the world,” Muhammed Binghatti, CEO of Binghatti, says. “Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai is not merely a real-estate development, it will also place community and mobility at its core, setting a new benchmark for intelligent living.”

In the works for more than a year, renderings of Mercedes-Benz Places show a silhouette resembling the iconic three-point logo with high-end finishes with a curved pinnacle.

“With Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, we are going beyond automotive to create outstanding brand moments,” Britta Seeger, member of the Board of Management Mercedes-Benz Group AG, adds. “Our aim with our first branded, real estate residential tower is to create new, desirable grounds that inherit our brand’s DNA and give our customers a place to arrive, unwind, and come home to.”

Set to become one of the city’s tallest buildings, Mercedes-Benz Places will feature 225 apartments, restaurants, lounges, a gym, exhibition spaces and VIP parking facilities. Binghatti has reportedly begun construction on the skyscraper, which is set for completion in 2026.
