AD: Archibrands Launches Its First Showroom for Global Design Brands
Designed as an immersive space, the showroom brings furniture, materials, and workplace solutions into one experience.
The spaces we work, learn, and meet in are shaped by countless design decisions, from the chairs we sit in to the materials that define a room’s look, feel, and performance. Archibrands' new Maadi showroom brings these elements together in one place, creating a space where architects, designers, and clients can experience them firsthand.
Opened on June 6th, 2026, the showroom marked a new chapter for Archibrands, an Egyptian architectural solutions partner specialising in workplace, hospitality, healthcare, educational, and commercial environments.

Designed as an immersive environment, the showroom allows visitors to move through a series of settings that demonstrate how products and materials perform within contemporary interiors. The space features brands represented by Archibrands, including Steelcase, for which the company serves as the exclusive dealer in Egypt, alongside Orangebox, Viccarbe, and Coalesse. Its portfolio also includes surface and flooring brands ShawContract, Tarkett, Ntgrate, and Apptec, as well as acoustic solutions from Impact Acoustic. The opening follows two years of collaboration between Archibrands and its international partners. By bringing these brands together under one roof, the showroom creates a destination where architects, designers, developers, and clients can engage directly with products, materials, and technical expertise.

The launch welcomed architects, designers, business leaders, and international representatives from partner brands travelling from Europe and the United States. Among them was Alessandro Centrone, President of Steelcase EMEA, who addressed guests during the evening. As visitors explored the showroom, conversations focused on workplace design, material innovation, and the evolving demands placed on contemporary interiors. Music, food, and informal discussions created opportunities for exchange between professionals from across the industry. For Archibrands, the opening represents a significant milestone, establishing a permanent home for its portfolio of international design brands in Egypt.
On June 7th, Alessandro Centrone led a private executive roundtable discussion with industry leaders from multiple sectors titled “The Office as a Strategic Asset, Not a Cost,” focusing on how workplace investment drives talent attraction, innovation, culture, collaboration, and long-term business growth.
