German Fashion Designer Karl Lagerfeld Unveils 51 Villas in Dubai
Located in a gated community within Meydan, Dubai, the project is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2027.
German fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld is setting foot in Dubai real estate with 51 luxury villas. Partnering with developer Taraf, these residences will combine 18th-century Parisian architecture with modern living standards.
Located in a gated community within Meydan, the project is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2027. Karl Lagerfeld Villas will extend the designer's legacy well beyond fashion; homeowners will be able to experience a living space directly inspired by Lagerfeld's appreciation for architecture and design.
Buyers can personalize their experience by choosing from two facade options: Soft Modern or Urban Modern. Each villa offers a spacious living area ranging from 721 to 1,790 square meters and includes a grand entrance, private pool with garden, study, majlis, show kitchen, dining area, and multiple bathrooms.
Residents will also have exclusive access to a well-equipped clubhouse featuring meeting rooms, a library, a swimming pool, a sauna, a gym, and landscaped gardens.
