Glass & Stone Clash in This Minimal Cliff House Render by OR Studio

Being open, airy and breathy have become essential aspects of modern interiors that people really can’t get enough of - honestly, can an interior be too open? In this crisp concept art of a cliff house by OR Studio, a Cairo-based architectural visualisation studio, the notion of being completely transparent is imagined. Here, the only decoration is the view outside and a dramatic boulder that breaks through the glass, partially separating the compact space into two zones.
The studio’s founder, Omar Riad, was inspired by Yakusha Design, a Ukraine and Belgium-based interior design studio that relies on natural materials and soft hues to emphasise minimal forms. However, the colour tones were slightly darkened while keeping all the lightness to the transparency of the interior, uniting the space and its surroundings through a panoramic vista.
