La Maison Bleue Residences Mark a New Chapter for El Gouna
La Maison Bleue Residences pre-launches in El Gouna, offering fully serviced waterfront apartments that extend the hotel’s architectural elegance and set a new benchmark for luxury coastal living.
For El Gouna's 35th anniversary, the town chose this milestone to introduce the pre-launch of La Maison Bleue Residences, positioning the announcement as a notable moment in its evolving luxury, hospitality, and investment narrative.
La Maison Bleue Residences is a development built on the identity of La Maison Bleue Hotel, one of the Red Sea’s most recognisable boutique properties. The hotel’s recent Michelin Key accreditation - among the first on the Red Sea - reinforces its standing and sets a high benchmark for the residences that now follow in its path. Departing from the hotel’s character, the new residences extend its architectural elegance, meticulous detailing, and atmosphere.

The residences introduce fully serviced waterfront apartments, positioned steps away from Fanadir Marina and directly beside the hotel. Their location within the Fanadir Shores masterplan places them in one of El Gouna’s most sought-after districts, but what defines the project goes beyond geography. It’s the intention to translate a distinct hotel experience into a long-term living environment that carries the same sense of identity while offering the scale and practicality expected from a premium residential product.

The announcement on November 21st took place at Botanica, and that wasn’t incidental. Its hydroponic model - the first in the region - highlights a commitment to substance and innovation rather than surface-level luxury. It’s a restaurant that grows its ingredients onsite, operates with precision, and offers an experience rooted in authenticity. These qualities mirror the approach behind the residences: deliberate, consistent, and grounded in a strong sense of place. The overlap between hospitality, culinary design, and real estate helped create a unified narrative throughout the weekend.

For investors, the project signals a shift in the town’s real estate trajectory. Branded residences have been gaining global traction, and El Gouna is positioning itself at the front of that movement locally. The introduction of La Maison Bleue Residences strengthens the town’s appeal as a market for high-end, design-led coastal living supported by established hospitality standards.

The timing aligned with the launch of Taste El Gouna, Egypt’s first-of-its-kind gastronomy platform, a move that further strengthened the weekend’s focus on quality and experience. Together, these openings framed the anniversary as a confident look forward beyond being a retrospective celebration.
